CrossFit 3000 Class Schedule

Your session runs for approximately 60 minutes. Make sure you check the Home Page before you come in case there are any special requirements for your session (for example, if you see rope climbs in the WOD, you should bring along long pants etc.).

* Olympic Weightlifting – this class is not for beginners. Min of 3 months CrossFit experience needed and is suitable for the intermediate to advanced lifter.

Visiting CrossFitters

We welcome visitors of other regional/interstate/overseas affiliates with a min of 3 months CrossFit experience. Visiting CrossFitters are requested to email us at info@crossfit3000.com to book in their session with at least 24 hours notice so we can respond to you – we do not take walk ins or phone bookings.

Our visiting CrossFitter fee is $30 per session (exact cash only please – as we don’t have a credit card facility on site). We welcome visitors to the 7am, 12:30pm 5.15pm, 6.15pm and 7:15pm classes on weekdays and 9am & 11am on Saturdays (no 6am, Sunday, Weightlifting, Mobility, Gymnastics or Open Gym classes sorry). Casual sessions are not available to local CrossFitters, however if you would like to join us and become a member of the CF3000 community, please read our Getting Started page and get in contact with us.
