200m Run (together), 24 x Squat Cleans @ 40/30kg

200m Run, 24 x Squat Cleans @ 50/35kg

200m Run, 24 x Squat Cleans @ 60/40kg

200m Run, 24 x Squat Cleans @ 70/45kg

200m Run, then Max Squats Cleans @ 80/50kg in remaining time.
