21 x Rope Climbs to 15′

75 x Squat Cleans @ 60/43kg

60 x Shoulder to Overhead @ 60/43kg

150 x Wall Balls @ 9/7kg to 10′
After the run only 1 athlete works at a time.

Divide all work evenly.
