CrossFit 3000 South Melbourne – Olympic Lifting

The main focus this cycle will be overhead strength.
The program for the Thursday’s & Sunday’s session will be available the Monday of that week.

A: Snatch Balance (2-2-2-2-2)

Work on timing of the feet shifting to squat position simultaneously with locking out elbows and punching under.

B: Push Press/Split Jerk Complex (2 x Push Press + 1 x Split Jerk (5 Sets))

Focus on complete leg drive and extension.

C: Snatch Pull (5 x 3 at 90% )
